Our vision is to make high-fidelity movement analysis accessible to anyone, anywhere – from elite athletes and military personnel to workplace teams and rehabilitation clinics. By removing the need for expensive labs or equipment, FORM-AI enables independent, cross-platform screening using only a smartphone.

FORMSCREEN

FORMSCREEN is our proprietary Global Pattern Form Screen (GPFS), designed to identify:

  • Asymmetry and muscular imbalance
  • Joint mobility and movement limitation
  • Compensatory patterns that increase injury risk

Using only a smartphone camera, the system guides users through a validated set of movement protocols—such as squats, lunges, toe touches, and more—then provides real-time analysis and corrective pathways.
