Designed for anyone who is serious about their time on the mats, the Resilience Programme will make you stronger, fitter, and more resilient to injury.
Our program is tailored to keep you resilient and healthy while enhancing your long-term performance. As fellow dedicated grapplers, we understand your passion for staying on the mats, maintaining your health, and training hard. We also recognize the challenges of balancing family and work commitments. We value your time, which is why our Resilience program only requires an investment of two training sessions per week.
Rather than pushing you to the physical limits at any cost, our system assesses your current condition and identifies your specific needs. We then provide a personalized regimen of corrective and developmental exercises, fostering enduring fitness results that enable you to progress and train vigorously on the mats.

Meet your coach
Josh Peacock
Josh has worked with some of the biggest names in Sport, from Miami Dolphins to England Cricket, as well as elite level Military operatives in the UK and USA. He is the joint founder of FORM-AI and an expert in the biomechanics of movement, so will give you a training programme that will make you faster, stronger and fitter, whilst keeping your body in balance and reducing your chances of injury whilst rolling.
Josh is an Olympic weightlifter and blue belt in BJJ, graded by Ryan Hall over at his gym in Virginia, USA. He knows what your body goes through when you’re on the mats, so is ideally placed to help keep you in top condition.
