Our program is tailored to keep you resilient and healthy while enhancing your long-term performance. Developed through our extensive experience coaching some of the world’s best athletes and Tier 1 Special Forces operatives, this programme is designed to help you master your movement, enhancing health, wellness and all round performance. You’ll receive a monthly training programme with how-to videos direct from your dedicated coach to your specialist app, so you can work out anywhere, anytime.
Our system is built on thre core principles that guide our programming process and the client-coach relationship:

Meet your coach
Josh Peacock
Josh has worked with some of the biggest names in Sport, from Miami Dolphins to England Cricket, as well as elite level Military operatives in the UK and USA. He is the joint founder of FORM-AI and an expert in the biomechanics of movement, so will give you a training programme that will make you faster, stronger and fitter, whilst keeping your body in balance and reducing your chances of injury.
